Clarifier Rebuilds and Upgrades – Our Solution to Aging Infrastructure

Over the years Hydroflux has upgraded numerous primary and secondary clarifiers for water and wastewater treatment plants located around the ANZ-Pacific region.

In many cases our standard range of VeeMax®, LogMax® and HeadMax® mechanisms have been custom engineered and built to suit a particular tank geometry – such as floor angle, wall height and centre mechanism configuration (e.g integrating to existing concrete supports).

Hydroflux can review existing clarifier designs to provide new mechanisms – increasing the use of existing civils – many concrete tanks have a design life of over 50 years, so we are able to match the geometry of any clarifier tank to provide a new operating clarifier mechanism.

Retrofits can include our Laundershield® covers, scum boxes and our designs include a variety of configurations, such as centre drive and peripheral drive, half, full and three quarter bridges.
